CDPSoft SHARP solution awarded the “Connected/Mobility Solution of the Year” title at the IT Europa European IT and Software Excellence Awards 2017

The “Connected/Mobility Solution of the Year” award celebrates the implementation and delivery of Liverpool YMCA’s – MainStay Project, created with the aim of providing improved access to short-term housing through housing support providers working together to share information, enabling those with the greatest need to receive support much quicker than previously experienced.

Starting in Liverpool the project has since grown to be Merseyside wide and now includes more than 50 partner agencies and 6 local authorities using a single deployment of CDPSoft SHARP (branded as Capita Advantage Impact) for streamlined assessments, referrals and ongoing case management. The MainStay project has been fundamental in improving access to services and information sharing throughout Merseyside.

The solution is designed for organisations to use with service users, referral agencies and services for various functions such as assessment, referrals, matching to services based on needs, risk, priority, and vacancy and placement management and more.
