David Gardner, Managing Director
David is responsible for overall Strategy, Sales and Operations. He has over 25 years of experience in sales, commercial and entrepreneurial roles in sectors ranging from Information Technology to Aerospace Engineering. David was previously Chief Executive and Founder of a hi-tech network software company in the City, which he led from concept through R&D and onto revenue generation prior to its eventual sale to Compuware for $295 million in 2009.
David has extensive experience in major commercial transactions from £100M+ outsourcing projects to Mergers and Acquisitions in a career that has spanned major corporations such as NatWest Group, Time Warner/IPC and British Airways as well as a variety of Consultancy positions developing early stage technology companies.
Chris Lock, Director and Principal Consultant
Chris is responsible for major bespoke projects and is the Lead Role for CDPSoft’s Client Access and Finance solutions. He started his career in IT after graduating from the University of Keele in 1977. He has had a broad range of experience in commercial and scientific programming and has designed and presented many programming courses.
Mike Cooper, Technical Director
Mike is CDPSoft’s Technical Director and is responsible for the overall software suite, technology strategy, IT Security and R&D. Mike is also CDPSoft’s Lead Role for CDPSoft’s Public Sector solutions.
Mike’s career in IT started 32 years ago at EMI’s Central Research Laboratories, writing microprocessor software. He then worked for software house Scicon where he acquired his data modelling, structured software development and project management skills.
Mike has had a ‘hands-on’ role on many of CDPSoft’s projects. As Technical Director it is his job to understand the implications for CDPSoft and its clients of new technologies.
