Happy Days UK selects CDP SHARP for its case management and service management

Happy Days supports and empowers people who are homeless or in crisis to live independent and purposeful lives by helping them to access the advice and services they need to bring about sustainable change. Happy Days has a range of services including Community Supermarket, Supported Accommodation, Winter Shelter, Drop In, Community Cafe and Social Enterprise (providing work experience, skills training and volunteering opportunities).

Happy Days will use SHARP as its solution Case/Client Management, Customised Needs and Risk Assessments, Referral/Placement, Support & Action Plans (progress and outcomes monitoring), Placement Management, Accommodation Management, Rent Accounting, Reporting and more.
