Leeds Housing Concern has selected CDPSoft as its solution for its Support and Care Management System?. The solution includes all of the case/client management, support/care plans, referrals and assessment functions from the SHARP solution.
Leeds Housing Concern are also users of the FLAGSHIP Consortium Gateway which is also based on the SHARP solution.
