Sheffield City Council has selected CDPSoft as its solution for its Single Point of Access/Gateway and Enhanced Housing Options solution. The solution includes Referral, Matching and Placement, Case/Client management, Support/Care Plans, Referrals, Assessment and matching functions from the SHARP solution as well as Case Management, Homelessness, Preventions, Plans and Reporting from the HOAMS solution.
The Offline Forms module will also be deployed to provide offline and remote working for staff. The solution is branded as “Capita Support”.
