Sunderland City Council has selected CDPSoft’s HOAMS product as its Enhanced Housing Options and Advice solution for case management under the Homeless Reduction Act (HRA) and integrated H-CLIC reporting. The council will also implement other key CDPSoft modules within the solution that further enhance service delivery. The solution includes complete HRA Case Management, Customised Assessments, Triage, Homelessness, Prevention, Relief, Customised Personal Housing Plans, H-CLIC Reporting, Support Provider & Referral Agency Referrals/Placements, Client Access and SMS (send & reply).
