Service Birmingham selects CDPSoft for its Support and Care Management solution for its NHS and Local Authority commissioned contracts, branded as Capita Advantage Impact

Service Birmingham has selected CDPSoft as its tenancy sustainability solution. The solution includes case/client management, support/care plans, electronic forms, referrals and assessment functions from the SHARP solution as well as the Client Access Front End (CAFE).

The solution is branded as “Capita Advantage Impact”.
