Middlesbrough Council has selected CDPSoft’s SHARP and HOAMS product for its multi-agency single assessment solution and statutory homelessness (covering HRA and H-CLIC reporting).
The Middlesbrough deployment includes a variety of components such as Gateway, Case Management, Assessments, Matching, Referral/Placement, Support Plans, NDTMS and Commissioner Contract Management.
As well using the CDPSoft system for multi-agency single assessment solution and statutory homelessness case management, Middlesbrough will also use the system as its case management and service management solution for support services delivered directly by the Council.
